In July of 2018, Utilis delivered a service to the city of Porec, Croatia. The Porec utility supplies water to most of Istria, Croatia, so they have had to optimize their network to withstand the high demand and regulations of the tourism industry in the area. Porec invited Utilis and our technology to help them lower their physical losses. Leak detection teams analyzed 14 KM (8.7 Miles) of network pipes and 35 points of interest (POIs) were checked in 8 days. Of the POIs analyzed, 22 were confirmed to have leaks which resulted in a total of 26 leaks found.
