The Hilton Head Public Service District (HHPSD), located on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, has a dedicated program to find leaks and reduce non-revenue real water losses. In 2018, HHPSD retained the services of Utilis to analyze the water system using satellite RADAR imagery to identify likely leak locations for follow-on field leak detection inspection.
