About the Job 

 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager of International Channel Marketing to develop and execute scalable marketing strategies that drive international partner engagement, enablement, and co-marketing success. This role will support revenue and pipeline goals through ASTERRA’s global network of partners. The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in channel programs, international marketing, and go-to-market execution in a partner-led model. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.

 

 

In this role, you’ll:  

 

Channel & Partner Marketing Strategy 

  • Develop and manage global partner marketing programs aligned with regional sales goals & strategies. 
  • Design and roll out scalable channel enablement resources: partner portals, sales kits, product collateral, competitive intelligence, and messaging frameworks with localization. 
  • Own global co-marketing programs including partner webinars, events, joint campaigns, and localizations. 
  • Build and manage a Partner Marketing Playbook to ensure consistent execution across diverse markets. 

 

Partner Enablement & Performance 

  • Launch and manage Partner Onboarding Programs to accelerate time-to-value and partner readiness. 
  • Create and manage SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) and Co-op/MDF (Market Development Fund) programs to boost partner-driven pipeline. 
  • Support regional teams in developing partner-specific campaigns for priority geographies (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC). 

 

Campaign Development & Localization 

  • Collaborate with international sales teams to tailor content & campaigns to local market needs. 
  • Lead development of multilingual marketing assets, product sheets, and region-specific success stories. 
  • Partner with field and digital marketing teams to drive campaign execution in each market. 

 

Measurement & Optimization 

  • Track, analyze, and report on channel marketing KPIs: partner engagement, pipeline contribution, ROI of co-marketing activities. 
  • Implement lead tracking and campaign attribution for indirect sales across CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Continually assess partner feedback and market dynamics to refine messaging and program effectiveness. 

 

What you’ll need: 

 

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on channel/partner marketing in global markets. 
  • Proven experience building partner marketing programs that scale across countries and cultures. 
  • Experience in the water infrastructure, industrial tech, or geospatial sectors is a strong plus. 
  • Strong understanding of partner sales motions (reseller, OEM, distributor) and joint GTM models. 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple international stakeholders. 
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and content localization platforms. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Multilingual skills a plus.
