About the job
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager of Growth Marketing & Partner Programs to lead integrated demand generation, direct sales support, partner channel support, and business development marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in fueling revenue growth across direct sales and partner-driven routes to the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven marketer with experience building scalable programs that support pipeline generation, partner engagement, and business development initiatives. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.
In this role, you’ll:
Growth Marketing
- Support the U.S. direct sales team with the necessary sales tools, including collateral, presentations, and other marketing intelligence support aligned to sales goals and growth targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns (digital, events, webinars, ABM, content syndication) to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue in the U.S. market.
- Develop targeted messaging, landing pages, nurture sequences, and paid media strategies tailored to verticals such as water utilities, municipalities, and infrastructure engineering firms.
Partner & Channel Programs
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with ASTERRA’s partners (promotors, distributors, civil engineering consultants).
- Develop a structured Partner Program including toolkits, battlecards, playbooks, and training materials.
- Coordinate partner onboarding campaigns and participation in joint events and trade shows.
Business Development Support
- Provide strategic and tactical support to analyze and penetrate the identified new vertical industry.
- Collaborate with U.S. business development efforts with customized support.
- Coordinate with product marketing to convey VOC to provide input to the roadmap.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Manage marketing automation, CRM integration, lead scoring, and pipeline attribution processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and partner contribution to the pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales to align regional GTM priorities and account-based strategies.
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of B2B/B2G marketing experience, with a focus on growth/demand generation and/or partner marketing.
- Experience working in industrial tech, geospatial, infrastructure, or utility sectors is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of building scalable campaigns and partner programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital performance metrics.
- Strong cross-functional communicator with experience working closely with sales, product, and external channel partners.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, testing, and iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related experience
