Description:

ASTERRA, a growing, and successful startup, is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Team. The CSM will work on various field projects around the world, gather and analyze data, and build strong relationships and trust with team members, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Actively working with sales and customer success to support the execution of projects utilising Asterra’s innovative technology
• Assist in customer satisfaction activities to achieve target success rates and annual contract renewals for the Japanese market.
• Leading and training managers and professional crews all around Japan (field work)
• Project management, starting with instructing clients, leading and training of field crews, and multiple project analysis.
• Creating and maintaining data analysis reports for clients and management (in English and Japanese).
• Nation-wide projects follow-up and customer success operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic sales or marketing skills
• Good GIS skills (ESRI/Qgis)
• Availability for travel is a must, all over Japan (up to 50% of the time)
• Relevant bachelor’s degree, such as Engineering, Statistics, Geography, or similar.
• Excellent English is a must (writing, speaking, reading)
• Ability to manage and follow-up multiple projects on multiple locations
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good field orientation
• Technological friendly approach
• Strong leadership skills with ability to independently problem solve Strong, proven analytical skills
• Experience with MySQL, Python, R is an advantage
• Database management is an advantage
• Experience with engineering reports is an advantage
