About the Job

 

As a Product Program Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing cross-functional product initiatives across ASTERRA. This role is highly operational and focuses on ensuring seamless collaboration between R&D, Business Units, and Marketing to drive efficiency and alignment. You will assist in translating strategic goals into actionable execution plans, supporting product development workflows, and facilitating communication across teams to enhance delivery and impact. 

 

 

In this Role, You’ll: 

 

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in managing cross-functional product programs and ensuring smooth execution across departments. 
  • Track and monitor progress, identifying roadblocks and working with teams to find resolutions. 
  • Help align product development timelines with company priorities and market needs. 

 

Operational Efficiency

  • Support process improvements to optimize workflows and accelerate production cycles. 
  • Ensure coordination between teams to minimize inefficiencies and streamline product execution. 
  • Assist in analyzing operational bottlenecks and proposing actionable solutions. 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Act as a liaison between R&D, Business Units, and Marketing to maintain clear communication and alignment. 
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and meetings to ensure key stakeholders remain informed and engaged. 
  • Assist in prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility. 

 

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain program dashboards, tracking key milestones and deliverables. 
  • Gather and organize data to support decision-making and strategic planning. 
  • Provide insights on program performance and areas for improvement. 

 

 

What You’ll Need: 

 

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in an earth science or environmental field, or business administration, but not required)  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams. 
  • Highly proficient in English (native speaker preferred). 
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and cross-functional teamwork (R&D, Business Units, Marketing). 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. 
  • Analytical mindset – ability to assess challenges and suggest improvements. 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
