ASTERRA is seeking a motivated and proactive Partnership Development Associate to join our Earth Observation and Corporate Development team. As a Partnership Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in business development and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and strengthen current relationships with partners and affiliates to drive business success.
  • Research business opportunities, support due diligence activities, and implement plans and strategies for new alliances.
  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand our network and reach.
  • Analyze partnership performance and recommend/implement improvements to enhance collaboration.
  • Execute ongoing communication campaigns to keep partners informed and engaged.
  • Ensure partners are up to date on our products and services, providing necessary information and support.
  • Track partners’ sales activities and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of partnerships.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and collaborate effectively with various departments within the company such as Marketing, R&D, and Product teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Qualifications

 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to business development, partnerships, or sales is a plus.

Requirements

 

  • Native English fluency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, organized, creative, motivated, and success-driven mindset.
  • Available to work 3 days a week from the ASTERRA office in Kfar Saba.
