Michal brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across technology, biotech, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. She has led global people strategies in both startups and large enterprises, building HR infrastructures, shaping organizational culture, and supporting business transformations. Before joining ASTERRA, Michal served as VP HR at CytoReason, where she scaled the company from 60 to 130 employees and played a key role in supporting the company through a major investment round. Earlier, she was Senior HR Partner at Allot, leading HR for a 250-person global cybersecurity business unit, and held senior HR roles at Elbit Systems, Comverse, and other tech companies.
At ASTERRA, Michal is focused on aligning people, leadership, and culture with the company’s ambitious growth goals. She partners closely with the leadership team to strengthen talent strategy, organizational design, and global workforce readiness.
She holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development and a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology. Outside of work, Michal enjoys running, varied workouts, and yoga, finding balance and energy through movement.
