Kevin Weeks has joined the staff at Utilis North America, at the San Diego office, as the Customer Success Manager. Kevin is responsible for the overall leadership in North America of Customer Success engagements including field leak detection management, reporting, engaging with customer-facing deliverables, and as a key internal stakeholder within the region.
Kevin comes to Utilis North America with over eight years of experience in the water/wastewater industry. Kevin started his career after graduating from California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) with a degree in Business Marketing. Working for Ledcor’s Environmental Solutions division, Kevin traveled North America working on wastewater projects operating a novel, new wastewater technology where he managed trials and full-scale projects in the U.S. market. Leveraging his experience and knowledge of the industry Kevin has expanded his role from a single technology to consulting with various others in both the water and wastewater field. Working with utilities, technology providers, and contractors, Kevin was exposed to multiple facets of the industry in various roles from sales to project execution.
Most recently, while working for Isle Utilities Inc. he managed and worked closely with utilities to identify and implement solutions related to the highest priority needs of those utilities. Through his tenure, Kevin was exposed to some of the most innovative and new technologies in the world, one of which was Utilis. In his free time, Kevin enjoys the outdoors- camping, hiking, fishing, and a love for the ocean where he fishes for tuna and scuba dives. He is also actively involved in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community where he competes in tournaments and teaches classes for children in the evenings.
