In February of 2020, Utilis delivered the 4th round of service for the Metropolitan Water Authority of Bangkok. In just over 60 working days Utilis assisted the utility’s acoustic teams using SAR Analytics to locate more than 2000 leaks and save 390 l/s = 6000 GPM = 33 MLD. In perspective, the savings are enough to supply water to 100,000 people. Only in February, the boots-on-the-ground verified 505 points of interest in 346 kilometers. Of the POIs analyzed, 180 were confirmed to have leaks which resulted in a total of 449 leaks found.
